Cascading Power

Cascading Power

On my second last day on my trip to the Bow Valley and Banff National Park I had to stop and explore Johnston Canyon as I'd only heard about it and never experienced in for myself. I arrived first thing in the morning once again to try and dodge the eventual wave of visitors. The entire journey was incredible. As I traversed the canyon alone, I was constantly shown the force of water, and what years of constant flow can do to a landscape. As I approached the top of the Johnston Canyon hike I came across this spot. After zooming in through the trees I got to enjoy this moment where two beautiful blue pools with waterfalls cascading down revealed itself.
